Crescent Moon, June 25th, 2009

I was able to view the Waxing Crescent Moon (2.6 days old) over the western horizon on June 25, 2009 (02:00 U.T.). The thin Moon was a golden color and it’s light lit up the surrounding clouds. The scene was a beautiful one. I hope that you all like it.
