M71, A Globular Cluster with a Tail
Sketch and Details by Per-Jonny Bremseth
Hey!
Sending you “M71, Globular with tail”.
This observation is from nearby Trondheim, Norway.
The drawing is made with water based crayons on black paper,
not inverted.
I observe deep sky objects only when the sky is clean and
transparent!
Look at info on my drawing!!
Best wishes from Per-Jonny Bremseth.
Per,
It is not tail with with stars! It is tail with pearls. Very nice sketch!

Per-Jonny,
The water based crayons on black paper work well together. Great sketch.
Frank 🙂
I’ve viewed this cluster for years through a variety of scopes. The shape (and I promise you’ll see it next time you look) is that of an angelfish (some people say arrowhead).

Per’s drawing *almost* shows it.
It would be hard to sketch. Nice job.
