Stunning sketch. The 16″ scope really provides a nice eye on the universe.

That is one really nice sketch. Makes me feel ashamed of the chicken scratches I manage. Your seeing was obviously decent, was it a dark site?

Carl, my site is moderately dark — it’s at the green/blue boundary on the light pollution maps; I’d say about Bortle 4. I usually record SQMs around 20.7 and NELMs around 5.5 to 6.
